6 mL 3.2% sodium citrate platelet-poor plasma split into 2 separate plasma aliquots (1.5 mL minimum each) and 4 mL serum (3.0 mL minimum each) split into 2 separate aliquots (1.5 mL minimum each). Label tubes appropriately as "plasma" and "serum." Freeze immediately. DO NOT FREEZE/THAW. THIS TEST REQUIRES 4 SEPARATE FROZEN ALIQUOTS (2 plasma aliquots and 2 serum aliquots).
